By accessing or using the Abroax international education platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service connects students worldwide with educational institutions abroad.

2. International Service Description

Abroax facilitates global education opportunities:

• Students: Free access to discover programs worldwide, communicate with institutions, and manage applications across borders
• Institutions: $10/month subscription to recruit international students, manage global applications, and provide multilingual support

3. Global User Accounts

3.1 Student Accounts

International students must provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining credential confidentiality
• Providing truthful academic information
• Understanding destination country requirements

3.2 Institution Accounts

Educational institutions must:

• Verify accreditation status
• Clearly state international student requirements
• Pay $10 monthly subscription in local currency equivalent

4. International Payments

Institutions agree to:

• Pay $10 USD (or local equivalent) monthly
• Handle any currency conversion fees
• Maintain valid payment methods for continuous service

5. Global User Conduct

All users worldwide must:

• Comply with all applicable international laws
• Respect cultural differences in communications
• Provide accurate information about academic credentials
• Not engage in fraudulent visa or immigration advice

6. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer

Abroax does not provide visa or immigration advice. While we facilitate connections, ultimate admission and visa decisions rest with institutions and governments.

7. Multilingual Support

While we aim to support multiple languages, the primary language of the platform is English. Institutions are responsible for providing language support to their prospective students.

8. International Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with:

• Export control regulations
• Sanctions laws
• Local education regulations

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco, with proceedings conducted in English.
